- Any application/document received after the closing date shall stand rejected. No document will be accepted/changed/replaced once received along with the application.

- In-service employees should apply through the proper channel and, upon selection, will have to resign from their current post.
- Recruitment and selection will be done transparently and on merit.
- In case of selection/appointment, the services of such candidates will be governed by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institutions Reform Act 2015 and amendments made thereunder.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
- The candidate shall provide original documents/credentials at the time of the interview.
- No TA/DA shall be admissible for the interview.
- Subsequent to the application, no further correspondence will be entertained regarding the selection process.
- Any candidate may be disqualified and excluded from the interview if he/she is convicted by a court of law, has a previous history of dismissal from any service, or has provided false information or suppressed any information that may affect his/her selection.
